What are NuBz pouches?
Small, tobacco-free pouches placed between the lip and gum that release slowly for up to 60 minutes. There is no smoke, no vapor and no spitting. NuBz pouches use a synthetic active ingredient, with 20 pouches in every can.
How do I choose a strength?
Start at 3mg if you are new to pouches or use them lightly, 6mg if you already use them regularly, and 9mg only if 6mg stops feeling like enough. Moving up one step at a time is the easiest way to find your level.
Do NuBz pouches contain tobacco?
No. There is no tobacco leaf in a NuBz pouch — only a 99% pure, pharmaceutical-grade synthetic active ingredient, plant fiber, flavoring and a sugar-free sweetener — the full list is on our Ingredients page. They are for adults 21 and older.
How long does a pouch last?
Up to 60 minutes. The semi-moist pouch keeps its shape and releases evenly, and it is designed not to drip, leak or stain your teeth.
