Usage Questions
How do you use a NuBz pouch?
Place a pouch in your mouth between your lip and gum. Many users prefer placing it under the upper lip, but it may also be placed under the lower lip or between the cheek and gum.
How long should I keep a pouch in?

How many pouches can I use per day?

Can I swallow saliva while using a pouch?

No. Nubz products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Who should not use NuBz pouches?
NuBz pouches should not be used by:

Are NuBz products only for adults?
Yes. NuBz products are strictly intended for adults 21 years of age or older.
Are NuBz pouches a smoking cessation product?
No. Nubz pouches are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not marketed as a smoking cessation product.
Shipping & Ordering
Where does NuBz ship?
NuBz ships to every US state except Alaska, Iowa and Washington, plus Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. In California, New York, Massachusetts and New Jersey only NuBz Clear (unflavored) can be delivered. Every delivery is age-verified for adults 21 and older.
Is age verification required for delivery?
Yes. All deliveries require adult age verification. The person receiving the package must:
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Show a valid government-issued ID
- Sign for the package
This policy helps ensure compliance with laws regarding nicotine products.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier.
What carriers may deliver my order?
Orders may be shipped using major carriers including:

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be cancelled before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Visit Manage Subscription and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. From there you can skip or reschedule an upcoming order, change quantities, update your card or shipping address, and pause or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect immediately and you won’t be billed again.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
If you miss the delivery attempt, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again or provide instructions for rescheduling delivery.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
What is the NuBz satisfaction guarantee?
If you open one can from your order and decide you do not like it, you may request a return.
To qualify:
- Request the return within 3 business days of delivery
- Only one opened can per order may be eligible
- Remaining cans must be unopened and sealed
Once the returned items are received, a refund may be issued according to our Shipping & Returns Policy.
How long do I have to request a refund?
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
For approved returns under the satisfaction guarantee, NuBz covers return shipping costs.
